The Winter Wine Salon

A wine salon is somewhere between a wine tasting, a private lounge and a social gathering — refined and intimate, with the focus on the people in the room as much as the wine in the glass.

The word salon comes from the elegant European gathering spaces where people met for conversation, culture and indulgence. That's the evening we're setting — curation, atmosphere, and the art of dining beautifully. Not just drinking wine casually.
